A learner with Postgraduate Advanced Diploma in Healthcare Management and Leadership, awarded by Cambridge International Qualifications (CIQ), United Kingdom; can progress onto MBA Human Resource Management, awarded by Guglielmo Marconi University, Italy, and take advantage of credit transfer with fee exemption on the module and shorter program duration. The Executive MBA program in Human Resource Management is a 60 ECTS (European Credit Transfer System) program and has dual accreditation, both in the US and EU.

Method of Application

Candidates are required to complete Eaton Business School application form and include the following documents:

  • Duly Filled Application form
  • Academic documents (High School and Bachelor degree with transcripts)
  • A Curriculum Vitae
  • A copy of candidate's passport
  • A photograph
  • Statement of purpose

Upon reviewing the documents, the academic team will confirm the student’s eligibility and he/she can then proceed to payment of registration fees.

Once the registration is complete, the course administrator will get in touch with the student to provide them with the student access to our Learning Management System (LMS) which is the online portal where the students can login to access the lectures. The lectures are conducted as live interactive online class which is also recorded for future reference.

Evaluation is based on assignment that the student will submit at the end of every module.
